Rosé all day, downtown all night
The Hampton Social is downtown Dallas’s designated vacation: white-washed interiors, a neon sign made for photos, frozen rosé in hand and four floors of summer-house energy in the middle of the city. It is where birthday brunches, bachelorette stops and patio afternoons all seem to converge — usually in linen.
The story
Chicago restaurateur Brad Parker built the Hamptons-beach-club concept into a national brand under Parker Hospitality, and Dallas won its first Texas location. The team transformed a storied corner near Pegasus Plaza into a multi-level coastal playground, complete with the brand’s trademark “Rosé All Day” neon — now a fixture of downtown photo feeds.
What to order
Rounds of Hampton Frosé are the ritual; the rosé list itself runs past a dozen by-the-glass options. For the table: Coopers Beach calamari, crispy Brussels sprouts with goat cheese and tuna tartare, then lobster rolls or the truffle lobster melt with bisque for the main event. Brunch brings the Double Wagyu Smashburger and the prettiest tablescapes downtown; pizzas and shrimp tacos keep casual visits easy.
The space
Think coastal-grandmother-goes-clubbing: whites, blues and driftwood textures across four stories, a wraparound 360-degree bar, breezy outdoor seating and a rooftop where the skyline replaces the ocean. Every corner is designed to be photographed, and the crowd obliges.
Who it’s for
Bridal parties and birthday crews, brunch-first friend groups, dates that need a backdrop, and anyone whose love language is a frozen drink on a rooftop.
Good to know
Is it as photogenic as it looks online? More so — the neon sign, the bar and the rooftop are all built for it.
What is the group move? Book ahead, order frosé for the table and split the calamari and lobster rolls.
Can I come just for drinks? Yes — the bars welcome cocktail-only visits, especially on weekdays.
Is there a dress code? No, but summer-smart outfits match the room’s mood.
When is it liveliest? Weekend brunch and warm evenings on the rooftop.
