Founded in Canada in 1992, JOEY built its reputation on glamorous rooms and a globally inspired menu, then chose Dallas — and NorthPark specifically — for its first step into Texas. The designers wove a subtle Western edge into the brand’s cosmopolitan look, and local artists share wall space with international names.
What to order
Start with ceviche or hummus for the table, then split the sake-glazed Chilean sea bass and the JOEY Classic Steak with its famous crispy mashed potatoes. Seared salmon sushi is the photogenic mid-course, lobster spaghetti the indulgent one, and the warm butter cake is the finale nobody skips. The peach bellini slush is practically the house handshake.
