The Heidari brothers, Sina and Pasha, grew up in a Dallas restaurant family — their father built beloved local classics — and in 2019 they turned that inheritance toward the food of their own childhood: twentieth-century Tex-Mex, recreated with the polish of a fine-dining kitchen. Uptown adopted it instantly.
